About Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO)
Established in 2001, the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO) is a medical society which aims to promote the study and research on the causes, manifestations, prevention and treatment of obesity in Singapore. As a member of the Asia-Oceania Association for the Study of Obesity (AOASO) and the World Obesity Federation (WOF), we are committed to provide a better understanding and independent opinion regarding various aspects of obesity to healthcare professionals and to the general public through various modalities.
